COURSE SUMMARY:

This five-day course starts with an overview of the Maynard Workforce Performance Model™, followed by training in the 5-S, Best Methods, Setup Reduction, and Work Flow Design disciplines. The course centers around an interactive workplace simulation to further illustrate the principles of each discipline and provide a ‘hands-on’ improvement experience.

- Understand how the interdependent disciplines in the Maynard Workforce Performance Model™ impact workforce performance and eliminate waste.
- Understand why 5-S is the foundation and be able to apply it.
