aynard® has developed several software products to enhance productivity. These
products are available as a part of a consulting project or may be purchased
separately. Current available products include:

StandardsPro®
Work Measurement Software is a complete engineered standards development
tool designed specifically to create, maintain, retrieve, and analyze time standards
for all types of work. You can create individual, measurable units of work that
describe short-cycle and highly repetitive tasks as well as data for work
that is long-cycle and unique. By using a hierarchical data structure, these
individual units of work can then be combined into standards and eventually into plans for parts,
components and products.

PlanStaff Manager™
PlanStaff Manager is a dynamic staffing decision tool that integrates
enterprise-wide data to automatically generate realistic staffing levels.
These staffing levels are based on engineered standards and volume driver
values. Integrating these indices and measures results in a staffing
level based upon the amount of work required to complete the delivery
of a product or service. It increases labor effectiveness by allowing
the user to make staffing decisions based upon an organization's goals
and objectives for the desired level of customer service, schedule
achievement or production goals. Finally, it provides fact-based data
that documents the true labor cost to perform the work, enabling the
user to plan with confidence. PlanStaff Manager is very effective for
all industries requiring a staffing model to accurately staff the
correct number of labor hours.

AutoMOST®
is an expert system development tool used to simplify the effort required
to create engineered time standards and process plans. Recent enhancements
include support for multi-operator operations and value added designation
and analysis.

ErgoMOST®
enables you to analyze ergonomic risk in the workplace. The software assigns
an Ergonomic Stress Index (ESI) to each body member at the step- or job-level.
This analysis can be used to evaluate the effects of method improvements,
rest periods, and/or job rotation. Recent enhancements include support for
5-S initiatives and the ability to attach external files.

LeanLine®
enables you to design the flow of work through a process to achieve maximum
throughput with minimal waste relative to the resources expended. This new
software package replaces the former Maynard Assembly Manager™ software.
Key improvements include a user customization utility; support for single and
mixed-model operations; sensitivity analysis capability; automatic calculation
of through kanbans; and a built-in wizard to simplify the design effort.

Maynards software applications operate in a wide variety of client/server
operating environments. Specific system requirements are dependent on the
applications being used.
