Accenture acquired H. B. Maynard and Company in October 2007, and was soon named the Operations Workforce Optimization (OWO) group within Accenture. While Maynard was founded as a training company, focusing on training people how to improve productivity through methods engineering and the development of engineered time standards, the Operations Workforce Optimization unit at Accenture continues this legacy. Our Training Team utilizes the latest training methodologies and state-of-the-art equipment to continue that focus today with a wide range of courses that support the Maynard Workforce Performance Model.

Our courses are available both on-site or in our Pittsburgh Training Center. The Training Center, located in the Greentree area of Pittsburgh, offers students modern facilities in a casual atmosphere.
Our Training Methodology, developed to ensure understanding and retention, is used in both lecture and online courses.
**In May 2011, the MOST Certification Program online was released. The online version of the highly requested MOST Certification Program is broken down into several short courses. The courses were developed using proven online instructional design principles and were designed to last anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour to provide the participant with the utmost flexibility in going through the material.
