The MSP's are at the heart of the Maynard consulting approach. They reflect years of experience and ensure consistent and effective application of numerous tools and techniques. Each MSP includes a document detailing the Maynard procedure, several detailed examples, outside references and electronic copies of forms, spreadsheets, and software applications that support the tool or technique. Over the years the Maynard consulting staff has developed dozens of MSPs to support our different offerings.
