Accenture Workforce Optimization Academy

The Accenture Workforce Optimization Academy (WOA) is a global operations learning solution specially designed for operations improvement professionals. The structure of the Academy courses is based on the Workforce Performance Model which depicts a system of interdependent disciplines that better enable organizations to improve the productivity, quality, and culture of their organization. The courses are grouped around the three series found in the Workforce Performance Model – Lean Workplace, Standard Work, and Workforce Performance.
The courses were developed using proven online instructional design principles and were designed to be completed in 15 minutes for some modules and up to an hour for other modules to provide the participant with the utmost flexibility in going through the material.
Subscriptions to the Academy provide access to all of the standard courses in the Academy. Certification courses in MOST are premium courses and not included in the standard Academy course offerings.
